3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

  • Ensure you have the rights to use any materials you supply

  • Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes

Delays in providing content may delay project completion.

4. Payments

  • All work is invoiced

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice

  • Full payment is required before final website handover or transfer

  • Late payments may result in delays or suspension of work

5. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed scope. Additional revisions or changes outside the original brief may incur extra charges.

6. Wix Platform
Websites are built using Wix. By proceeding, you agree to Wix’s own terms and pricing. Counsellor Clarity is not responsible for:

  • Wix subscription fees

  • Changes to Wix features or pricing

  • Technical issues caused by Wix

7. Intellectual Property
Once full payment is received:

  • You own the final website design and content you have provided

  • Counsellor Clarity retains the right to showcase the work in a portfolio

8. Liability
Counsellor Clarity is not liable for:

  • Loss of business, revenue, or data

  • Website downtime or third party issues

  • Legal compliance of your website content

You are responsible for ensuring your website meets legal and professional requirements relevant to your practice.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Work already completed is non refundable

  • If a project is cancelled, you will be invoiced for work completed to date

10. Ongoing Support
Unless agreed separately, ongoing updates, maintenance, or support are not included after project completion.

11. Privacy and Data
Any personal information shared will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You are responsible for ensuring your website complies with GDPR where applicable.

12. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on this website.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
